Pricing is determined based on a per-user pricing model. This allows flexibility and scalability, as the cost adjusts based on number of users accessing the platform, ensuring it remains accessible for teams of any size.

We require 30 days notice for any changes to terms or cancellation of renewals for both monthly and annual contracts

We don’t offer refunds (prorated or otherwise) on annual or monthly contracts if you cancel before the end of your current term.

Setting up an account is incredibly easy; everything works right out of the box with no setup required. All you need to do is sign up for an account and log in to our web-based platform.

Ratio.City is a web-based platform. This means that no integrations are needed. You can sign up and use the platform any time.

Projects act as a secure hub to store project related material. Within a project, you can invite various team members to collaborate with. These can be people within your organization or external colleagues. As a project admin, you can assign team members as either: viewers, editors, or admins. At any point, you, as the project creator and admin, can modify the permissions of any team members. If you assign a team member from an external organization as an admin, they will be able to manage the user permissions for ONLY their organization.
