For municipalities, we offer tiered per-user licensing based on the size of your municipality and the number of users.

A "Site" is defined as a single parcel of land or an assembly of multiple parcels. Each variation of an assembly is a different "Site".

Users can save unlimited versions of 3D massings on each Site. You can reload previously saved Sites and they are not double counted.

Anyone at your organization can have a login with their company email address and can save their own Sites. Each user's Sites count toward the total number of Sites allowed under an agreement. You may choose to upgrade your subscription during the term of the contract.

The first month of a subscription has unlimited Sites to allow for training. After the initial month, the Site count is reset at the first of the month and unused Sites cannot be carried over. Previously saved Sites will remain accessible.

We require 60 days notice to cancel monthly subscriptions (billed monthly), which are payable by pre-authorized credit card payments only.

Organizations can exceed the maximum number of Sites for one month. The 2nd time the maximum number of Sites is exceeded, you will get automatically upgraded to next tier; you will be notified before the upgrade is applied.
